If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately for a return or refund.

You can return a product within 3 days of receiving it and receive a refund via bank transfer, bKash, or voucher.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. For selected products, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Valid Reasons for Returning a Product
The product is damaged (cracked/broken) or defective.
The delivered product is incomplete (missing items).
The delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/, or expired).
The delivered product does not match the product description or image (false advertising).
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and the reason for returning the product.
Our customer service representative will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is not in its original condition or if the return request is made after 3 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Your refund processing time depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
The refund time/process starts from the time Krrishi processes your refund according to your refund type.
The refund amount covers the product price and shipping charges for your returned item.
Types of Refunds
We will process your refund according to the following refund types:
Refund from Return: Refund is processed after your item has been returned to our warehouse and QC is complete. To learn how to return an item, please read our return policy.
Refund from Cancelled Order: Refund is automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.
Refund from Failed Delivery: Refund is processed once the item has reached the seller. Please note that it may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects. The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free gifts, invoices, and accessories.
The product must be returned in its original and intact manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Krrishi packaging, the same packaging/box must be returned. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note:
It is important to include your order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delays in your return processing.
When handing over your package to a drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the Krrishi Return Acknowledgement Letter and keep it for future reference.

You may see a refund charge on your credit card statement. This is a temporary hold that will be removed once your refund is processed.
